With the implementation of Welcoming Winnipeg, all City park renaming requests will go through this process. The following request is now open for public feedback:
Renaming Lindenwood Drive West Park to Kaitlyn Lawes Park

The Committee of Community Members (CCM) will be considering this request. Before they do, members of the public are encouraged to review details of the request online and provide their feedback by:
- Completing a short online survey
- Appearing as a delegation before the CCM at a meeting; delegates will have a maximum of 5 minutes to address the committee
- Calling 204-986-4549 and leaving a message explaining why you think this request should be supported or declined by the CCM. To ensure feedback is collected accurately, please quote the request number (2022-012) and/or name of the project (Renaming Lindenwood Drive West Park to Kaitlyn Lawes Park)
Feedback for this request, for the purposes of informing the CCM’s recommendation-making process, will be accepted until October 5, 2023.
