The City of Winnipeg is offering up to 100 litres of free compost to residents! Visit the below sites daily between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm daily, while quantities last: Brady 4R Depot, 1777 Brady Rd. Kilcona Dog Park, west parking lot off McIvor Ave, Summit Road closed landfill site, Summit Road north of Optimist Park. Residents must supply their own containers, shovels and gloves.
