The River Heights Farmers Market is now open for the 2021 season! The market runs every Friday from now until September, from 12 - 5 pm in the parking lot of the Central Corydon Community Centre (River Heights site, 1370 Grosvenor Ave). There are several returning and new vendors this season so come by on Fridays and pick up some amazing local products!

FGWRC – Chair Yoga

Fort Garry Women's Resource Centre presents Chair Yoga by Leigh M., Certified Yoga Instructor, for those women who have difficulty transitioning from the floor-to-hands and knees-to-standing. Join via Zoom as you're guided through a yin (stretch), yang (flow), restore (relax) yoga practice using a chair as your main prop. A yoga mat and straight-back chair are required. Two blocks are helpful props but not necessary. Pre-registration is required by calling (204) 477-1123. This is a women-only event.
