311 redesigned for better service

Both the 311 self-service website and the  winnipeg.ca web pages have been redesigned for easier navigation and to better serve you.

New functions have been added to the homepage including an easy to City Service selector, a complete listing of City services, mobile apps, and the ability so apply for a variety of permits online.

The new 311 self-service website includes 14 bilingual service request forms, such as reporting a pothole or lost property on Winnipeg Transit, as well as seasonal requests like snow removal. Now these requests can be made easily and quickly through an online form.
