With consistently milder temperatures in the immediate forecast, crews will be able to clear residential streets that have seen ice buildup due to recent thawing and freezing conditions. The risk of extensive curb and boulevard damage during clearing operations will be minimized due to frozen ground.
Residents are urged to confirm their snow zone letter to determine when their residential street is scheduled for clearing.
Find your snow zone with the online address lookup tool, by using the Know Your Zone app, or by contacting 311. Residents are encouraged to know their snow zone letter well in advance of the start of the residential plow and to make alternate parking arrangements if they park on the street.
Residents can view the progress of our snow clearing operations by consulting our Snow Clearing Status Map.
