Exercise for Healthy Bones

Join Fort Garry Women’s Resource Centre (FGWRC) on Zoom for a seminar on exercise and healthy bones. Presented by Barb Webb, Physiotherapist with Osteoporosis Canada, topics will include how exercise affects bone structure and health, how it can slow progression of osteoporosis, and how it can assist in the treatment of osteoporosis.

Adaptations for exercises for those at risk are also included and will be presented by a physiotherapist with a special interest in osteoporosis.
