Art Journaling: In Celebration of International Women’s Day

Explore how art journaling can support us on our journeys and be another resource to add to our tool kit. In honour of International Women’s Day, this session will focus on empowering the self and how this feeling of empowerment can positively impact ourselves, our relationships, and our communities.
Art journals will be included for the first 15 participants registered. First come first served.
