The City proposing changes to provide additional developer rights to encourage more housing options at existing mall sites and along commercial mixed use corridors.
There are few areas that these changes will impact the River Heights/Ft. Garry Ward including Pembina Hwy, Grant Park Mall, Kenaston Mall and a few other smaller sites.
