This summer, keep your kids entertained with a visit to Cartown!
Hosted at Sam Southern Arena, Cartown is a miniature version of Winnipeg designed to teach children ages 4-7 about road safety. Kids can drive a motorized toy vehicle in a fun and interactive setting navigating bustling streets around town.
Extensive work has gone into getting the details of Cartown just right. Most of the street signs are actual City of Winnipeg signs, helping children learn to recognize and safely read them in real life.
Each session includes games and instruction on pedestrian and road safety. Participants also receive a “driver’s licence” at the end of the program.
