Motorists advised to expect increased delays on the St. James Bridge until September 7
Increasing maintenance work on the St. James Bridge continues and motorists are advised of extensive lane closures. This work involves repairs to the bridge deck, traffic barriers, and approach roadways. This work is being done to ensure the safety and ride quality of the bridge.
By sure to plan ahead, as increased traffic delays are expected for the duration of the work. Allow for extra travel time and consider using alternate routes to reach your destination.
Construction personnel are working in close proximity to traffic so please slow down and exercise caution to ensure crews can do their jobs safely.
