You’re Invited to our Trees Count Town Hall!

2026-04-20 @ 7:00 pm8:00 pm

Trees Please is excited to announce our Town Hall:

Register to attend OUR “TREES COUNT TOWN HALL” TO BE HELD APRIL 20th, and get up-to-date on all the reasons why we need a private tree bylaw.

Our private trees make up more than 80% of our urban canopy, but have zero protection and are constantly under threat – not just due to pests and disease, but because the city has no bylaws protecting mature trees on private land.

And those trees don’t just protect us from heat and flooding – they also protect the thousands of birds that call our urban forest home.

We have a great list of speakers, including our own Erna Buffie and Charles Feaver, and Chief Forester, Martha Barwinsky! You definitely won’t want to miss it – please register using the link below.
