PAL (55+) Annual Picnic and Membership Drive

Pembina Active Living (55+) invites you to their Annual Picnic and Membership Drive. This year celebrates their 15th anniversary serving older adults in South Winnipeg!
At PAL, they not only offer wonderful exercise and social activities, they also reach out to help the community, including:
- ESL conversation class for newcomers
- Alzheimer’s support group
- Grief support group
- PAL Cares (PAL volunteers who support any organization that needs help – food banks, non-profit groups, emergency women’s shelters, South East PCH for Indigenous older adults)
If you are interested in having or sharing an exhibitor table at the picnic, the cost is $75.
