Laughter Yoga

The Fort Garry Women’s Resource Centre welcomes Jeannine Carman, Laughter Ambassador and Certified Laughter Yoga Leader as she leads an hour-long Laughter Yoga session on Zoom.

The session will include light stretches, lots of laughter exercises, and a laughter meditation. All exercises will be done sitting and please be sure to have water on hand.
