Improve and maintain your general fitness, strength, balance, mobility and energy level physically, mentally and spiritually.
Join this one hour class designed for participants aged 55 years and over. This fun gentle workout is led by a certified instructor and monitoring will be done before, during and after the exercises for safety and effectiveness of program. The hour will include 5-10 minutes warm up, 25-30 minutes cardio, 15-20 minutes strength and 5-10 minutes cool-down, balance and stretching. Exercises can be done standing or in a chair.
Session: January 23-March 29 (9 weeks)
No class February 20
Days: Mondays and Wednesdays
Join Raul Paragas for an hour of circuit training. Move through 15 stations of varying exercises utilizing all muscle groups. Class will incorporate balance, agility, cardio and strength components.
Session: January 21-March 25 (10 weeks)
