The class is based on Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Participants will be guided through a variety of poses in various sequences which will offer balance, strength, flexibility and proper alignment. This practice is designed for beginner to intermediate yogis. Space is very limited – Pre registration is required by calling 204-477-1123. This is a women-only event. No childcare is available. Yoga mats provided.
