Canadian Association of Retired Persons (CARP) – Manitoba Chapter invites you to attend a free webinar on Osteoporosis and Bone Health with Pat McCarthy-Briggs, founding member of Osteoporosis Canada in Manitoba.

Osteoporosis is a diagnosis no one wants to hear. However, 1 in 3 women and 1 in 5 men will suffer an osteoporotic fracture during their lifetime. This webinar addresses the risk factors, diagnosis, and treatment of osteoporosis and includes:

  • What you need to know about your bones and bone health
  • What you need to know about living well if you have been diagnosed
  • How to maintain healthy bones and reduce the risk of osteoporosis and fractures
