FGWRC – Chair Yoga

Fort Garry Women’s Resource Centre presents Chair Yoga by Leigh M., Certified Yoga Instructor, for those women who have difficulty transitioning from the floor-to-hands and knees-to-standing.
Join via Zoom as you’re guided through a yin (stretch), yang (flow), restore (relax) yoga practice using a chair as your main prop. A yoga mat and straight-back chair are required. Two blocks are helpful props but not necessary.
